Over two days, 300 DSPs showed up with energy, engagement, and full attention throughout the entire workshop. Together, we explored accountability, emotional intelligence, and cultural competence, while bringing the learning to life through case studies, interactive games, and meaningful discussions.
It was a fun, engaging, and exciting workshop—but most importantly, it was a reminder that great support starts with great people who are willing to learn and grow.
